What I wore…
| Marshall’s Striped Navy Dress. Only $20! (NAO; Similar here, here & here.) | Jack Rogers, Gold Hamptons Sandal | H&M Gold-Colored Aviator Sunglasses (Only $8) | Oldnavy Faux-Leather Crossbody Purse (This one is cute too!) | J.crew Gold Hexagon Bracelet | Aldo Accessories Bracelet Set |
First of all I want to apologize for all of the picture overload, which you might have noticed. If you can’t already tell I had some trouble choosing which pictures to share with you all because the Fourth Of July is one of my favorite holidays. I love everything about it, the fireworks, the picnics, the barbecues, the pool days, the nice weather, spending time with family and friends, but most of all I love it because we celebrate our independence. We celebrate freedom! There is no better way to celebrate Independence day than with wearing the same colors as your flag; red, white & blue.
In my opinion nothing is more freeing than being able to wear something simple and something that you feel completely comfortable in; just like I did with this easy Fourth of July look. My dress was seriously a steal, it was ONLY $20 at Marshalls (such a fabfound!) and I am so in love with it because it is so comfortable, soft, and airy which is perfect for summer. As soon as I laid my eyes on it, I knew that I had to have it and that it would be the perfect outfit for the Fourth of July because of the navy blue and white colors. Once I had the blue and the white colors down all I needed was the red, which is why I decided to pair this look with my red Oldnavy crossbody purse. This purse may look small but it seriously is so spacious and fits so many things! Since I wanted to keep this look as simple as possible I wore minimal gold, sparkly jewelry, my comfortable Jack Rogers sandals and also kept my aviators close for an extra sunny day. 😉
This look is very easy to recreate because like I did, you may already own many of these items and have them hidden in your closet somewhere. For me this look was very affordable; it only cost me $20, the only thing I didn’t already own was the dress. So if you need a quick, last minute Fourth of July outfit or just want to be comfortable, then now you know what to do. What are your plans for this Fourth of July weekend? I hope you all have a fun and safe Fourth of July!
Xoxo 🙂
